4. MANUFACTURING VARIATION DISCLAIMER (3D PRINTED PRODUCTS)

Many Rack Rig products are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing).

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Minor cosmetic variations, layer lines, texture differences, or slight dimensional tolerances are inherent to the manufacturing process.
  • These characteristics do not constitute defects.
  • Functional fitment tolerances may vary slightly depending on tool manufacturer variations.

5. TRADEMARK & BRAND DISCLAIMER

All third-party brand names, product names, and trademarks (including but not limited to Milwaukee®, DeWalt®, Makita®, etc.) are the property of their respective owners.

Rack Rig Industries LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any such brands unless explicitly stated.

Compatibility references are for descriptive purposes only.
