RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Rack Rig Industries LLC is committed to producing high-quality, made-to-order tool organization products. Because most of our products are manufactured specifically for each order, our return policy is structured accordingly.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS (3D PRINTED ITEMS)
Most Rack Rig products are custom-manufactured or made to order.
π¨ All made-to-order and 3D printed products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
We do not accept returns on made-to-order items unless:
- The product is defective, OR
- The product was damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You must use our official contact form
- We may request photos of the product and packaging
Failure to contact us within 7 days of delivery may void replacement eligibility.
2. NONβMADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS (If Applicable)
For products that are not made to order, returns may be considered under the following conditions:

Item unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase provided
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. WRONG ITEM ORDERED / FITMENT ISSUES
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility before placing an order.
π¨ If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, we are unable to provide a refund or return.
Please verify:
- Tool model number
- Tool generation/version
- Drawer measurements (if applicable)

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, as production may have already begun.

5. ORDER CHANGES
Adjustments or changes to orders may be possible depending on production status.
We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your request.
6. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (Where Applicable)
If a return is approved, your item must:

Be authorized within 7 days of delivery
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
7. HOW TO INITIATE A CLAIM
To report a defective or damaged item:

If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing occurs within 48 hours of approval
- Bank processing times may vary

9. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives defective or damaged:

- Send a replacement

10. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- The item was defective
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was sent by us
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
