During high-demand periods, production times may be extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

After production is complete, shipping times typically range from:

  • 2–5 business days (Domestic U.S.)

Shipping times vary depending on carrier and destination.

We primarily ship via major carriers such as:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

We are not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.


7. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product

We may require documentation before issuing a replacement.

Failure to report shipping damage within 7 days may void eligibility for replacement.
